Head of Accounts

Carmel leads the MY StrataCare Accounts Team and plays a critical role in ensuring the financial integrity and smooth administration of every scheme under management.

As a Licensed Class 2 Strata Manager with extensive experience in strata accounting and trust management, Carmel has a comprehensive understanding of the financial and statutory requirements of the Property and Stock Agents legislation. She oversees all trust accounting functions to ensure that owners corporations receive accurate financial reporting, transparent record keeping and full legislative compliance.

Carmel manages insurance renewals, claim administration, levy processing and creditor payments while working closely with strata managers and committee treasurers to support sound financial decision-making. Her attention to detail and commitment to accuracy provide clients with confidence that their scheme finances are being managed professionally and responsibly.

Stephanie Sirone
Compliance and Administration Manager

Stephanie oversees Compliance and Administration at MY StrataCare, ensuring that every scheme under management meets its legislative, regulatory and administrative obligations.

As a Licensed Class 2 Strata Manager, Stephanie brings extensive knowledge of strata compliance requirements and works proactively with committees, contractors and service providers to ensure critical obligations are identified, monitored and completed on time.

Her responsibilities include overseeing annual fire safety statements, lift registrations, work health and safety requirements, statutory record management and essential compliance reporting. Through her diligent and organised approach, MY StrataCare has maintained a strong compliance record across its portfolio.

Stephanie is highly regarded for her attention to detail, organisational skills and commitment to risk management. Her proactive administration ensures that owners corporations can have confidence that important compliance matters are monitored effectively and potential issues are addressed before they become problems. James Woochuk
Assistant Strata Manager

James is an Assistant Strata Manager who supports the delivery of responsive and effective strata management services across MY StrataCare's portfolio.

Holding a Certificate of Registration, James works closely with strata managers, committee members, owners and residents to assist with the day-to-day administration of strata schemes. His responsibilities include coordinating maintenance requests, liaising with contractors, responding to owner enquiries, assisting with meeting preparations, managing correspondence and helping to ensure that service requests are addressed efficiently and professionally.

James is known for his proactive approach, attention to detail and strong customer service focus. He understands that prompt communication and timely follow-up are essential to the smooth operation of a strata community and is committed to providing practical support to clients and colleagues alike.
